Blouse with Hummingbird Pattern

This blouse for women is decorated with a pattern made from the shades of green on the back of a female ruby-throated hummingbird. Such a hummingbird took up residence in our backyard, and frequently visited a feeder we filled for it. One day I got a photograph of the bird with the sun on its back, and I created this design with magnified images of the feathers, some were bright and others were in shadow, which creates in the pattern a nice contrast between the light and dark green colors of the feathers.
