Sample Fabrics - tons of variety, but lacking in actual printing details.

It was hard to judge which fabric sample packs to order, so I ordered one of everything. There are a ton of great fabrics to choose from. It would have been nice to have a listing of which fabrics were in which sample kit though. Next question is really what width can they actually print? The website is a bit lacking on details, and maybe I'm trying to do something that wasn't intended (design a wide table banner for a display table). Whereas some areas of their webpage focus mostly on printing photos. So, I still have a ways to go. I'll probably have to call and talk to a real person before placing an order.

Swatches and color charts

So valuable to see the different materials available: their textures, weight, how they render the colors etc . So helpful to see actual swatch and color charts rather than pictures on line.

Love your work

BUT ... I have been unable to sign on to the website. When I ask to enter my password or say I forgot it, I don't receive an email to reset it ... even in trash or spam.

So many!

The swatches were great and there are so many to choose from. The drawback was I wanted to order one and it was super difficult to find the fabric of the swatch I had in my hand. The categories didn't make sense and typing the id number in the search brought up no results. So they are awesome but a little hard to use.

Like being in a fabric store

Ordered fabric swatches. It was exciting to see print on them, to feel the difference between them and each were labeled with name and item number to easily go on their website to order what I needed. One of the best experiences I've had on any website!
