Your photo silk face mask is made from high-quality pure silk that comes with perks. Because the silk is so soft and supple, it prevents friction and the irritation that typically comes with wearing a mask all day. This hypoallergenic fabric is perfect for those with sensitive skin, and because silk absorbs less moisture than other fabrics, it won't dry out your skin. Silk is naturally breathable and cooling, so you’ll be able to breathe and talk comfortably without the fabric rubbing against your skin or blocking your airways. Your mask has easily adjustable ear loops for comfort and a flexible nose wire that reduces the chance of your glasses fogging up. It’s so cozy that you might even look forward to masking up.
The eco-friendly inks that we use to print on the silk won't change its oh-so-buttery-smooth texture. Your designs will be reproduced beautifully and are separated by the center seam which gives structure to the mask. As each piece is individually handmade, mirrored designs won't be matched up across the seam. This is the perfect opportunity to print two complimentary photos or designs.
Our custom silk face mask is available in one size and measures 9.4" wide and the ear loops are 8.7" around. The ear loops feature silicone size adjusters to tighten or loosen the fit of the mask. Please refer to our size chart to see the maximum face size suited for this mask. Here’s how to measure your face:
To wear your printed silk face mask, check for the nose bridge inside the mask. This side is at the top, and the bottom will cover your mouth and chin. Loop the elastics over your ears and slide the size adjusters to make the mask tighter or looser. Mold the flexible nose bridge piece at the top of the fabric to comfortably fit your nose, which will help to reduce condensation fogging up glasses if you're wearing them. Now you’re good to go!
To keep your personalized silk face mask clean and looking its best, we recommend handwashing with a specialized silk detergent or mild soap after each wear. If needed, you can iron on medium heat.
The silk may crease on the surface if it gets wet, but this can be carefully ironed out to keep it looking brand new.
Please note: These personalized silk face masks are NOT medical-grade masks. Do not purchase these face masks with the false understanding they will prevent infection from coronavirus. They are more about protecting others to reduce spread. Wash your mask regularly, ideally daily, to keep it hygienic. Due to hygiene concerns, face coverings are non-returnable.

Measure from the middle of your nose to just under chin.Real humans (not machines) create each part of your custom silk face mask. Our print technicians use the most up-to-date methods to print your photos into the silk fibers. The eco-friendly inks we use to print won’t change the elegant feeling of the silk material at all, and the print is long-lasting. The printed silk is then cut to shape, and our seamstresses sew everything together. The inner lining of your mask will stay unprinted and white.
Since each mask is made by hand, we recommend hand washing it before your first use.
When you design your personalized silk face mask, there are two areas that you can print on. Each side will be printed separately and stitched together with a seam running down the middle of the custom silk face mask. The handmade nature means that a print or photo will not be matched up on either side of the seam. This seam gives structure to the fabric and can complement your designs with an elegant finish.
