Other sizes are available on the design interface, but the 13.0" x 18.5" of your 500 piece personalized jigsaw is ideal for medium difficulty puzzle lovers.
When we receive your personalized 500 piece photo puzzle order, it is sent straight to our skilled technicians and woodwork specialists. Your photos and messages are printed directly onto the reinforced cardboard surface. The photo puzzle 500 piece is then cut out into classic puzzle piece shapes, ready for you to have hours of fun.
To make the piece extra special, your custom 500 piece puzzle comes in a metal presentation tin. Your tin can either be plain or feature the same design as your puzzle. Your designs are printed directly onto the tin which gives your images a silvery, metallic finish. Alternatively, you can choose a satin bag made from recycled Duchess Satin.
Using our design interface, you can print your jigsaw puzzle and presentation tin with the same image. You will immediately notice that there are other sized jigsaws available, so if you think your personalized 500 piece photo puzzle might be too difficult, you can select one of our smaller designs. Alternatively, if you're a puzzle-master and think the 500 pieces will be a breeze, really challenge yourself with our extra-large 1000 piece jigsaw.
When you upload your designs, you will notice the hashed out areas. This is the bleed area and will not appear on your jigsaw. Make sure to re-position your photos so that faces and people are all within the safe area. You don't want anyone searching for hours for someone's head to find it was never on the jigsaw puzzle in the first place!
At any time, you can view your jigsaw on 'product view' to get a feel of how the final product will look.
If you choose to add a message to the puzzle, you can choose from a number of fonts, colors, and sizes. Tip: Make your message harder to unscramble by using a large font size - that way the letters will cover more than one jigsaw piece and be harder to solve.
Once you have finished your custom 500 piece puzzle, you can choose between a plain or printed tin with the same design or a sustainable unprinted satin bag.
