To ensure the leather print on your product is as durable as possible, we’ve worked hard refining our printing process and craftsmanship. As leather has a naturally textured surface, you may notice small surface differences. This is common for natural leather and leather printing. All leathers age naturally according to usage, and this can cause the print to wrinkle or fade slightly over time. It is possible the base color may show through the leather as it ages with wear. When not in use, we recommend storing your product in a protective dust bag or box to keep it looking its best. • Avoid prolonged exposure to extreme heat, sunlight, water, and chemical cleaners to maintain a bright and long-lasting print. • Avoid contact with light-colored fabrics or upholstery as the color may transfer. • While a light rain shower is unlikely to harm, we recommend protecting from rain. Should your product get wet, allow it to dry naturally away from direct heat. • To clean surface wipe only with a damp lint-free cotton cloth.

With our premium Nappa leather, your custom leather valet tray is unlike any other. Both the smooth and textured leather options are printed to perfection, and your design will become as durable and look as impressive as the leather itself. We handmake every part of your trinket dish to ensure the quality of the leather remains pristine throughout the process.
Once you've designed your custom leather valet tray and we've quality checked the image, your design heads to our printers. Our skilled print technicians use an industry-leading technique that uses eco-friendly inks to print on the Nappa leather. The leather retains its authentic texture with your design printed on top of it, and the print is durably fused into the natural fibers so won't peel off. We sew the leather pieces together with your choice of thread color and hand paint the edges to make sure everything looks seamless. The buttons are added to the corners of your custom trinket dish so that the sides can fold up. All of this is done by hand on-site in our bespoke facility.
When you're designing your personalized trinket dish, keep in mind that the image will be creased when the sides are folded up. If you're using a photo of a person or animal, we recommend keeping their face in the middle of the tray away from the folds. You'll be able to see the folds marked in the design interface so that you can avoid them.
When the sides of the tray are folded up, you'll be able to see the bottom design on the sides, almost as if it were a border around the tray. Keep in mind that the orientation of the design will be different on each side and won't always be upright. We like the idea of printing a repetitive pattern or a bold color that complements the photo or design on top. This way, you'll get a peek of it when the sides of the dish are folded up!
