We don't take shortcuts on quality. Whereas the majority of candles are machine-produced, your personalized jar candles are hand poured by artisan candlemakers one at a time. Once you have designed your image, text, or photo, our printers use eco-friendly inks to print directly onto the sticker and metal lid, which helps retain the sheen of the metal. The wax in your custom jar candles is made from a mixture of soy wax, rapeseed, and coconut oils. A wick made of cotton and paper burns your candle perfectly.
Please note: Because of the natural wax and the way it reacts with glass and heat, the wax may pull away from the sides. This may give the candle a 'spotting' texture, which is completely natural. You might not even notice it - there is never more than a hair's width between the glass and the wax.
You have two customization options for your personalized jar candles. The ink is printed directly onto the metal, so please note that this means we cannot print pure whites, and any white in your image will appear silver. We recommend using bolder colors for the best print definition. You can also customize the sticker for a completely personable gift. Try coordinating your custom jar candles with the seasons - add your favorite vacation photo on zesty lime scented candle for summer, or design a cozy motif on our lavender scent for winter.
Please note: The prints on your sticker and lid will look a bit different, as the sticker is a matte finish and the metal is a gloss finish. The colors on the sticker may appear softer, which is primarily notable with dark colors.
