Sports Airflow 4.28oz
As the name suggests, this breathable and quick-dry fabric is great for the job. The sports airflow fabric is a pique knit, meaning it has tiny holes to let air breeze through. This fabric has a slight sheen and a relaxed fit for the ultimate jersey feel.
Jersey Stretch 4.7oz
This standard weight jersey is a loose fabric that's soft to the touch. It has a subtle shine and resists creasing, over-stretching, and shrinking, so it's perfect to throw right in your gym bag and straight into the washer.
Make your own basketball jersey out of any of these fabrics and it's bound to be a crowd pleaser!

Here's how it works: you make your own basketball jersey online using our design tool. We, meaning a talented team of print technicians and seamstresses, print your design onto a roll of fabric first (to ensure that edge-to-edge coverage), cut out each shape to size, and stitch it all together. The fabric you choose decides how your design will be printed. The Sports Airflow and Jersey Stretch materials are printed using a dye sublimation technique, which involves heating transfer paper in order to diffuse the inks into the material.
Our quality control team makes sure everything looks
You've got options here. You can design everything from the front, back, neck, and label on this jersey. So if you're part of a team, print custom basketball jerseys for everyone with their name, number, and your team name. On the label, print the team's emblem or mascot.
If you're playing solo, or just want to rep your March Madness pick, make your own basketball jersey with your favorite images and text. Create whatever you want so that you can wear it on and off the court. The breathable fabrics make these jerseys perfect for the gym and working up a nervous sweat while you're watching your favorite team in the biggest game of their career.
Maybe you're playing a charity game and want to print family photos to get the whole fam excited. In that case, try out our collage tool and add your favorite family photos for a special personalized photo gift. If you're lucky, you'll distract the other team while they're busy wondering why they didn't think of making these shirts.
As a general rule, it's best to keep the most important parts of your design toward the center of the shirt away from the armholes and seams. This will help ensure that none of your design gets hidden by your arms or stitched through.
