I had a mixed experience. The three panel print was a wedding gift for my son and daughter in law and the order was placed without a hitch but when the product was not shipped when it said it would be I began making inquiries. Email got a slow response but chat worked well. After a couple of chats I discovered they were not happy with the quaility of the product and it ended up being reprinted it twice. I wish it would have been done sooner but I appreciate the fact that they wanted to send a quailty product, and they did just that. I was very pleased with the prints and my son and daughter in law absolutley love it! Regardless of the blip on production, the overall experience and the quality of the product would have me use Bags of Love in the future.
Great quality and fast shipping
I bought a set of 3 large canvases, all three spanning a single picture, to put on a large wall. They arrived undamaged and clean and very fast shipping! They look beautiful and I'm thrilled to have bought them. Pricey but worth it.
Came quickly and is mostly done well
The picture I ordered looks awesome but some of the canvas or boards that it was made on are not straight. This became obvious when trying to hang them. Otherwise I really like them.

My 3 panel product order came very quickly. My original order had resolution problems however the bags of love team worked with me to improve on their end my original photo to help create a better finished product. Great staff to communicate with on phone and email.
