The absolute best service I've received from a custom item shop. The turnaround was phenomenal. Less than 4.5 days from clicking submit to delivery at my door and I live on the other side of the Atlantic. My only complaint would be that the text added to my product was not perfectly square, but not off enough for the casual observer to notice.
