The custom serving tray is excellent--very high quality, I'm sure it will last for many years. I was surprised at how quickly it was manufactured and shipped, I did not expect next-day turnaround on a custom product, but that's what happened. It arrived a few days later via Federal Express, and was very well packaged. Kudos to Bags of Love!

I had a square photo and had a very hard time finding a site that would accommodate the photo shape, but this site gave me a lot of options to fit my photo. And they were very fast! I can’t tell though if it’s dishwasher or microwave safe.
