I am happy with the product but I had wanted to include the invite of their wedding but every time I included it as one of the photos for the collage it came back blank. I didn't know how to get it to be part of the format. I wish someone could have told me.

I chose the hardbacked large placemat. they are great quality both material wise and photo reproduction. I wish that you made a larger photo placemat. I am putting black mats underneath to pop the images. However, I can hardly wait to explore your other photo items.

Good quality mats with sharp image. Shipping was a little painful but think that was Fedex rather than Bags of Love, still, I'd happily use them again.

I ordered a set of 4 place mats with pictures from our recent trip to England to give to my husband for Christmas. The turnaround time was amazing considering the holidays were fast approaching when I placed the order. Unfortunately, upon opening the package on Christmas day, one of them had a flaw - it appeared that a short thin slip of paper was embedded under the coating on one mat. Otherwise, the mats came out beautifully. I emailed Bags of Love on Christmas day and received a response within a couple hours. After I provided some photos of the mat, the support staff communicated the issue with the production unit. The production unit advised Customer Service that the flaw was highly unusual. Bags of Love reprocessed the mat and it came out perfectly. I was very impressed with the level of service I received from the support staff and the speed in which the issue was resolved. It is apparent that Bags of Love stands behind their products.
