This bag was a hit! We use this for my daughter to go back and forth for ice skating. The lock secures her things while she is in the ice and we personalized it with pictures so there is no mistake this is her bag

I have yet to receive the order yet, and when I received this email which states "We trust you received your order." it prompted me to fret because I hadn't. However, after calming down and remembering that I received a tracking email, I checked on the status of the order, and it informed me that I'm not supposed to receive it until today. Thus, the experience has been less than stellar thus far because I was scared into thinking that perhaps my order was stolen or lost in delivery all because of an email which was sent out prematurely. Accordingly, I would recommend finding a way to link your software so that the email seeking feedback NEVER gets sent before the actual product is confirmed to have even arrived let along confirmed to have been received by the patron. Thanks in advance for your time and consideration, and I'm looking forward to receiving the package sometime today before 6:00pm per the tracking confirmation!!!

Excellent service,efficient and good quality.i am very pleased with the suitcase.its just how I expected it to be. The image is very well presented. I would use the service more often if There was a choice of colour with the actual suitcase
