So impressed! I got a printed bomber jacket as a gift, this was the only place I found that could do the large high resolution image directly printed on the back. The staff emailed me when the design didn't seem to upload right, to make sure it was how I wanted. It was a very fast delivery to the midwest. The product is so beautiful, and higher quality than I expected. If I ever need a similar product I will definitely use this store. My only two issues were that I guess one of my communications didn't go through (but they followed up and apologized they were having technical issues) and that the delivery had to be signed FedEx, so I had to stay home from work for a bit. But, no real problems. 5 stars!

Their thorough check of the quality before production is quite impressive as well. Nothing but positives for here. I wouldn't mind seeing a product or two reduced in price but when you're asking for personalization well, you can't expect to get it cheaply at this quality.

The quality of the jacket (a custom bomber) is super good, they did an amazing job printing what I wanted on the back and the delivery was so quick I didn’t even notice 4 days had only passed. The product is !!!!!!, (even though it's a little digitalized out, I knew what I was getting & it's even better than I thought) The ability to customize the product with your online tools is !!!!!!!!!!!!! (There are way more options for creativity, I designed on a few other sites & checked like 7) Your customer service is fast & responsive!!!!!! Your double check on the low q image is great!!!!!! I would say that it was hard to get all the tools to work when I "went back" to the design to recheck it, but that was only once. Just get your IT dept. to check on it.
