4/10. I gave my brother a pair of $60 socks based on sized recommended by your own employees, since you don't have US size charts on the US website, and they were a size too small. And you don't even offer returns--I would still have to pay another $30 including shipping, so I'd be paying almost $100 for one pair of socks because of your mistakes. Luckily he was willing to just deal with the size issue but it is still very frustrating. Won't be buying from here again.

I was absolutely in love and impressed by my custom made socks. When I came across this site I knew it was the right site and when I got my socks I was so happy. Unlike other sites they won't let you place the pictures how you want it and it's like being blindsided you don't know what your paying for but bags of love was the perfect place!
