I am actually unhappy with the product I received. I ordered a 36x36 inch print, but what I received is actually 35x35 inches. This is a problem since the game I intended to use the mat for requires a 36x36 playing surface. Is it possible to get a refund or replacement print?

Absolutely impressed! The time between ordering and having it in my hands was unbelievably fast. The quality was very good - colors vivid and images crisp. My only slight disappointment was all my fault as I was too impatient to order fabric samples - I wasn't fond of the weight of the organza - a little more light weight than I am used to. Other than my mistake, everything was great. I will definitely order from you again!!! Thanks.
