The design process was straight forward and easy to use. Then, before production started, a staff member emailed me to verify with me that the design was placed correctly. I thought it was a nice professional courtesy to the customer and I really enjoy the final product.
Quality Great
Love the product even though recently a required "edge binding" option has been added. My towels I ordered previously were just a rolled edge and stitched down which I loved way more then this new edge binding but overall great product and print quality
