The service I received was excellent. Great communication, and prompt service and delivery. As an example of the opposite, a day after placing an order with Bags Of Love, I ordered a self-designed tshirt from a company here in America but in a different state, and I am still waiting for that item to arrive. The product I received was good quality, and the only criticisms I have come mostly from my end and are not the fault of Bags Of Love. For instance, the size I ordered was too small. I wish I'd had a better way to determine size through the website instead of guessing at it, but I let that go. And the length was longer than I thought it would be for capri style, the model photo led me to believe they'd be shorter, but I suppose that is hard to determine before hand. The biggest disappointment for me was the design itself, due to flaws in the design. As a prototype production, I needed to see my design in reality so that I could gauge and assess it. I see now it needs to be reworked. But the product itself was as good as could be expected, and I believe they did their best to deliver the best product they could.

Great Leggings
These Bags of Love leggings are great. I used the Silky Matt fabric with my own photographs. The color was true and penetrated the fabric very well. Leggings stretch and sometimes you can see the white of the original fabric showing through. NOT with Bags of Love! Color everywhere!! Great product and very fast shipping.
