I like everything about the beer mat but the art got really cropped off on the sides. To the point that peoples heads got cropped off. I used the size given to create my artwork. I was wondering if you could re-print this item so I could get that fixed. I can answer any questions or send pictures.

I found it very easy and pleasant working with you. The pricing was affordable and it came so fast! And the printing is just fine. The problems is, how disappointed I am in the look of the final bar mat. The "W" in the center of my design is quite off center. The fault lies in either your software––because it is difficult to judge where the center point is when assembling a design on your website. Or, it was shifted in the printing process. So as a graphic designer, I unfortunately can't recommend you to my colleagues until you have a better method of processing artwork on your website. Best of luck, J
