I had a great experience ordering from your company. I was kept up to date on my products purchased. They let me know that in the inspection process they found a flaw and fixed it right away but wanted to keep me informed every step of the way with what phase my product was in. I got my products in a very timely matter. I love the heat color changing coffee mugs I oredered them as a gift for a friend, hopefully she loves them just as much as I do when she gets them. Online order was easy to create and see. I asked a question and received a prompt reply. The order was quickly completed and shipped. Everything arrived in adequate packaging and looked just as requested. Everything went perfectly and the mugs are wonderful. Only slight misgiving is that the blue over-coat of color does allow the "hidden" images to be seen slightly. It would have more of an impact if the image could not be seen until heated, but perhaps this is the difference between the blue & black over-coat of color?!
