Product came exactly as described. I was definitely unsure of how the final product would look and feel. I was sitting with anticipation waiting for the package to arrive from overseas. After unpacking though all my fears were put to rest. The quality of the image was awesome! I found no defects with the print and the translucent feature of the shade turned out very cool. Thank you so much for a great product! Made my house warming!!

The first order I placed included some mosaics which I wasn't sure would look good but took a chance anyway after consulting with the design team. My fears came true - the small images that made up the mosaic were quite blurry. I contacted customer support and they offered me a free reprint with a new design. This time I chose a montage/collage with fairly large photos, and the print looks awesome. I could not be happier with the results. I am really impressed with the customer service - they responded immediately and made things right without any hassle. Definitely recommend this product and this company. Just be sure to use images larger than a 2-3 inches to get good results. I used 8 inch images and it looks great.
