This was a birthday gift for my girlfriend's mother. It was a personalized oven mitt. I really enjoyed using the tools to add pictures in a scatter form. Very simple to use and gave you a good realistic preview of both sides. Other websites would have personalized oven mitt but didn't let you do anything with the pictures and limited with quantities. This is by far the best website for personalization gifts. i was a bit hesitant because the items are made oversees but it used FedEx and the tracking was very accurate and quick. I designed it Friday and received it Tuesday. Extremely pleased and made my girlfriends mother cry with such a great gift and concept. Thank you Bags of Love. I highly recommend it.

I love my lampshade. I searched for a while trying to find a company that made it how I wanted. It was a simple process to design and having the live chat was a bonus. My only recommendation is to make the preview function better as it was difficult to see what the final product would really look like before clicking the order button. The product was made and shipped within a few days and arrived very well packaged to avoid damage. Thank you.
both scarves arrive on time and are beautifully made. these are not the first scarves that I have bought on this site. the first ones turned out so beautifully that i decided to order more, with different photos, for other people as christmas presnts.

Happy to receive the scarf in such quick time. Only 6 days from placing the order until the scarf arrived. Very happy with the 'touch of the silk". A friend helped me place the order and edited my photo selection to make sure I had snaps with the most pixels. The reason I ordered this scarf:my daughter is completing her maternity leave and I wanted to give this scarf to her as a "back to work gift". She will be able to keep her daughter close to her heart this whole winter season.

I have to say that ordering from Bags of Love was great. I needed to talk to the chat line they provided to help assist me. Adina and Gwenn were so patient. I explained to them my concerns and they quickly gave me the important information I needed to move forward. I was hesitate of orering a bag in England when I lived in Pa. I was plesantly surprised how fast it came and what a great printing job they did in replicating my art. I would use them in the future.
