It was very easy to personalize the zip top tote bag that I ordered. I appreciated the ability to have my chosen photos randomly arranged in different sizes. I very much liked knowing exactly how the bag would look. I ordered it late in the night of December 20 (Sunday), it was on its way from London two days later, AND IT ARRIVED ON THE DAY BEFORE CHRISTMAS!! Everyone who has seen the tote bag has given it rave reviews. I wholeheartedly recommend Bags of Love.
