Printing on tin: Your personalized jigsaws comes with the option of either a beautiful presentation tin or recycled Duchess Satin bag. The metal box can be printed with the same design or left plain. We print directly onto the metal tin, and you'll be able to see the metal grain as we fuse the inks directly onto the metal surface. This produces a rustic, silver metallic finish where your image looks slightly desaturated, giving your tin a lot of character.
Care: Your wooden photo jigsaw puzzles have a waterproof glossy laminate finish to the surface, so can easily be wiped clean. The 252, 500, and 1000 piece puzzles are made from strong cardboard, and so don't have any water repellent properties. Keep it stored in your printed metal presentation tin, where you can bring it out year after year for a fun and exciting challenge.

We print your photos or designs directly onto the surface, and then we cut out the classic puzzle piece shapes. The small and medium photo jigsaws are made from wood and finished with a laminate gloss, whereas the large and extra-large are made from tough cardboard. To make this an extra special gift, your custom photo puzzle is presented in either a metal presentation tin or recycled Duchess Satin bag. If you opt for the metal tin, you can choose between printing the same image on the lid or leaving it plain. We print directly onto the lid, giving an authentic, 'etched' effect. This silvery, metallic finish adds character to your tin.
