Our range of cotton print fabrics are perfect for your home craft projects, from making cotton printed bags to light summer skirts. The dye sublimation process ensures your unique material is bright, vibrant and long lasting. A handmade item is one thing, but it's another when it's made using your own custom cotton print fabric. Some of these cottons are hybrid fabrics, meaning they have a cotton base which has been fused with a polyester face. Your design is permanently printed onto this poly front in bright and vivid colors.

Working with cotton is so easy, and the results are spectacular.
Great quality image!
I had a high quality (professional photo) image of my brother's dog with text printed on Lima Cotton as part of a quilt I was making for him. It came out absolutely beautiful! The image looks amazing on the Lima Cotton and is really going to make this project so special!
Another great print
This is my second large custom-design collage order. Again, the details on the photos came out beautifully. I added text to this print and any overlap between the black text and dark photo area was outlined in white so the words were quite legible. The order arrived quickly and I am very happy with the product.
Excellent print clarity and fabric quality
Easy uploading and design. Fast turnaround and excellent clarity to my photos on the fabric. Washed once in cold, low heat dry and looks great. Working on incorporating it into a quilt. I highly recommend this product!
My project was a world map (80x50cm). Very easy to create online, the excellent customer service contacted me within hours to point out that the smaller fonts would be illegible (ok), and I received the item (printed in UK) via international FedEx 6 days after submitting my order. I’ll definitely use this business again!
On the whole, we recommend a cool delicate wash for more gentle cleaning. Hot washing at anything above 30°c could cause color fading. As with all natural cotton, there is a significant degree of shrinkage in the print process and in the use you may have for the material. Please accept 2-3% shrinkage in the X and Y directions. To compensate, we suggest to allow a margin of shrinking in your design. Do this by adding more bleed area in your design. It is not an exact science and we cannot predict exactly how one lot of cotton prints will shrink to the next.
The opportunities are almost endless. Use the light Lima Cotton to make a pair of seasonal pajamas. Due to the moisture wicking abilities, it can lock in heat as well as draw it away from the body, so bedtime will always be comfortable no matter what the weather. Or use the Cotton Twill, which is slightly thicker, to use for upholstery, scatter cushions or your craft projects.
If you can’t decide on which photo to use, you can upload multiple images and create a photo collage. This can be done using one of our pre-set montage templates, or you can create your own entirely from scratch. It’s super easy to do and the possibilities are endless.
Step 1 – Click the start design button & select your product options.
Step 2 – Go to the ‘Images & Text Tools’ tab, click the ‘add images/Text’ button on your product & ‘Select Images to Upload’ or use the Facebook/Instagram tabs.
Step 3 – Choose the images you want to use for your collage, upload & select them from the uploaded photos list.
Step 4 – Click ‘Create montage’ & select your collage style.
Step 5 – Add the collage to your design.
This technical process gives your fabric the intense, vibrant colors that last far longer than other standard cotton printing techniques. Your unique pattern is made from eco-friendly inks that are bonded with the fibers of your chosen cotton, meaning the print won't peel away or scratch off. Each individual cotton has its own base tone, ranging from brilliant white to muted ivory, giving your finished print a unique look. Depending on how you plan to use your cotton print fabric, you can choose how you want the edges to be finished. Choose from either cut on the line, hemmed with white thread, hemmed with black thread or just left as it is.
If you choose to have your textile finished with a hem, please bear in mind these measurements and ensure you factor this into your dimensions.
